Enniskillen Lakelanders’ Club Chairperson, Aideen Speer, praised all the swimmers on their performance on the day with lots of medals across the board. She also thanked all the parents, especially those who fulfilled volunteer roles on the day. She finally thanked the coaching team for the wonderful job they are doing with all the swimmers. Just three weeks ago these swimmers competed at the Club’s home gala and to come back today and PB again is wonderful. This was also a sad day for many Lakelanders with the possibility that this may have been their last gala due to the proposed closure of the Lakeland Forum, but all the swimmers did their club proud.
Next weekend our swimmers head to the final Future Challengers Gala of the year at Omagh Leisure Centre and the club wishes them all well.
